Title of Position: Part-time Associate Location: Shanghai/Beijing Program description: The Associate Consultant Intern program is a half-year internship program desi gned for students who have strong interests in the management consulting indus try. In the program, you will work on real client case situations and/or client dev elopment efforts in a wide variety of industries together with your supervisor s. You will have many valuable practice opportunities on basic Consultant skil ls, such as secondary research, interviewing and basic data analysis, etc. In addition, our well-designed training and professional development sessions wil l further enrich your learning experience. Bain has an established practice to recruit Associate Consultants from the int ern pool. Interns with excellent performance will be offered early decision in terview opportunity for a full-time Associate Consultant position in Sep. / Oc t. next year.
