官网上写的“Attendee MAY be registered at the Student rate if the registrant is a student with a valid student ID. In this case, the copy of the student ID SHOULD be sent to registrar (apcc@ieee.web.id) via e-mail.”
学生证是中文的，是不是我要开英文版的在读证明才行？

我上次开会的时候，老外看着中文的学生证无奈的摇摇头就放我过去了。

好吧，看来中文也是可以的，那我还是带着在读证明，保险一些。

没扫描，直接去了给他看学生证。其实大会专门有会中文的工作人员。可能当时他也懒得去叫了。不过既然主办方提到了，你最好扫描一个过去。另外，学校的在读证明很容易弄的。这个不是什么问题。
