返回信息流谁知道怎么弄么？deadline马上就要到了，也没收到任何信息关于final paper submission的。是长传到IEEE-xpress上面么？那conference ID 是多少？
不知道有谁搞定了这个事情的，麻烦告知一下。THKS

Final manuscripts are to be uploaded through IEEE Conference eXpress, not EDAS!!!
After you register for the conference and receive the required registration confirmation code, go to,
http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/glo2011.html
you will be required to use the conference ID: glo2011 to create your author account and submit the final version of your paper.
