My teacher recommended me to study in a U.S. university, Ph.D with full financial aid. As I myself am applying to universities in the U.S., I tend to decline the offer and would like to recommend another student who is qualified. This university ranks around 100 according to the assessment by the USNEWS. Qualified candidate must major in telecom.,information science, physics, electronics or related field. The teacher is graduated from Cornell University. His field is related to the making of nanowire devices with the atomic force microscopy. If you are interested in it, you can have a try. Graduates are better, but if you are an undergraduate, it is OK^_^ GRE and TOEFL scores must be submitted, as it is a basic requirement of graduate study in the U.S.As the requirement of Ph.D is relatively high, and you can receive full financial aid there, you should have a GPA no lower than 3.5.
