IEEE 启用新版的投稿系统。
“-Please note that there should be one corresponding author which is the same as the one designated on the Author Portal. In the current submission, there are two corresponding authors listed in the manuscript.”
那是不是可以在最后Proof的时候，加1个通讯作者（已在作者列表里面）？
