Papers must follow the IEEE Computer Society Proceedings Manuscript Formatting Guidelines, using one of the templates provided at http://www.computer.org/portal/web/cscps/formatting for Word and LaTeX. Papers submitted cannot exceed six pages in length. Accepted papers will be submitted for publication in IEEE Computer Society Digital Library (IEEE CSDL) and in IEEE Xplore. Proceedings will be submitted for EI indexing.
