o Drive the execution and success of AI products / solutions;
o Work closely with internal teams and external partners to identify and prioritize AI product opportunities
o Stay up-to-date with the latest AI research and industry trends, provide technology enablement to practical AI products / solutions;
o Work closely with business / internal teams to prioritize, decide on technical feasibility and deliver AI solutions;
o Represent the company at AI events and conferences
Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
o Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
o 2 – 5 years’ experience in AI/ML/Data
o Passion for innovation and a drive to position Prudential at the forefront of AI in the insurance industry
o Self-starter with eagerness to seek and build new skills;
o Extensive networking and interpersonal skills in complex environments;
o Good knowledge of API integrations
o Good knowledge of trending technologies e.g. AI Cloud, Security;
o Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese listening, English reading and writing;1
