For many such services, the user experience can be dramatically improved if a mobile device can selectively recommend the service infomation to a mobile user instead blind action. In this paper, we propose to take advantage of mobile data information for predicting whether recommend service to user or not. First, we give the definition about recommend service problem and build a model.
