Job Summary Red Hat User Experience Design is looking for an Intern Interaction Designer to join our growing team in Beijing. In this role, you’ll use feedback from actual customers to identify usability problems, and work with a cross-functional team of designers, developers, and product managers (among others) to deliver real solutions for Red Hat. You might be a good fit if: You are interested in making (sometimes complex) apps easier to use You like to collaborate across teams and feel comfortable explaining your ideas and process to other people You're interested in learning more about how and when to use data to inform design decisions You're excited about working on a local and global team of designers, researchers, and developers Primary job responsibilities Contribute to an interdisciplinary team that includes other user experience designers, developers, product and marketing managers, and other stakeholders through all phases of the development cycle Identify the right problems to solve, gauge the usability of products, and make sound recommendations for improvements Clearly understand and articulate the information architecture, workflows, and processes surrounding the user experience Create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design intent Partner with UI developers to ensure technical success Required skills In-progress bachelor's degree or higher in interaction design, visual design, human computer interaction, human factors, computer science, or a closely related area, or equivalent experience Experience with the user interface design process and methodologies like Design Thinking Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but not required Candidates must present a portfolio of user experience work and include links to work within resume 【如有意向，请发送简历至qihu@redhat.com, 并注明岗位名称】
