学术报告通知应校学术委员会和发展战略研究中心邀请，英国诺丁汉大学商学院国际商务教授，世界著名战略问题专家王成岐教授将来我校做学术报告：“中国企业国际化战略与竞争力研究”。报告人：王成岐教授报告题目：中国企业国际化战略与竞争力研究报告时间：11月18日（周三）晚19：00 报告地点：学校行政办公楼501会议室王成岐教授简历：王成岐博士系英国诺丁汉大学商学院国际商务教授，世界著名战略问题专家，中国教育部长江学者项目海外评审专家，多间国际著名大学包括英国剑桥大学、爱丁堡大学、拉夫堡大学的博士论文外部评阅人。主要研究方向包括战略与绩效管理、新兴市场企业国际化、R&D与品牌国际化、外商投资溢出效应。王成岐教授在国际英文学术期刊发表20余篇文章，其中3篇发表在Journal of International Business Studies 。王成岐教授曾任职英国利兹大学商学院, 在国际学术界颇具影响的利兹大学国际商务研究中心（Centre for International Business）任研究员、高级研究员和首席研究员。王成岐教授与该中心主任、国际著名跨国公司理论专家巴克利教授 (Prof Peter Buckley)合作，在多家国际重要学术期刊上发表了若干在国际学术界产生相当影响的研究成果。他是国内多所高校，包括华中科技大学、对外经贸大学、东北财经大学的兼职教授。他的论文曾获得英国国际商务学会年会和英国管理学会等重要国际学术会议的最佳论文奖。主要研究成果 Wang, C.; Clegg, J.; Kafouros, M.(2008)., "Country-of-Origin Effects of Foreign Direct Investment: An Industry Level Analysis", Management International Review, forthcoming 2008. One is the role of multinational enterprises in the process of emerging economies' integration into the global economy and the other concerns innovation and knowledge spillovers. I am particularly interested in the intersection of the two themes, and one example is the project on the role of internationalization in explaining innovation performance.
