Job requirement: 1) BSEE/BSCE required. MSEE/MSCE desired. 2) Technical and conversational English speaking and writing required. 3) Familiarity with LTE/UMTS/CDMA wireless communication technologies and a high aptitude for both physical layer and protocol layer details related to RF communication networks. In-depth knowledge of L1/L2 /L3 procedures and the utilization of them is highly desirable. 4) Experience with design verification testing of wireless terminals is desired; experience with script-based network simulators also desired. Knowledge of structured software design practices. Experience with FPGA design and VHDL is desired. 5) Microsoft .NET or PowerPC based WindRiver VxWorks experience desirable.Data network protocols (TCP/UDP/SIP) experience desirable. 6) Motivated, self-starter who likes challenging work. Possess strong problem solving skills and team-oriented approach. 7) Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Good written and verbal communication skills are also needed in this position. Ability to travel internationally 2. 无线测试工程师 (PV Engineer) Major Responsibilities: 1) Regression test or validate an LTE emulator software build before it is released. 2) Develop detailed System Level DVT plan for both existing and new features during implementation phase. 3) Develop automated test scripts whenever possible to improve the effectiveness of the integration and test process. 4) Work closely with the product development team to reproduce issues, and support the development team to troubleshoot and identify the root cause of issues. 5) Analyze new requirements for estimation of effort for PV responsibilities that will be applied to the master program schedule. 6) Analyze customer issues and improve the test coverage and test cases design. Qualifications: 1) BSEE/BSCE required. MSEE/MSCE highly desired. 2) Working experience and/or internship in wireless communication: 3) The successful candidate MUST HAVE following skills: 4) Strong knowledge of LTE air-interface protocols. Ability to read and understand the 3GPP Spec. 5)Familiar with RRC, NAS and Mobility,Familiar with LTE Layer 2 or Layer 1,Familiar with application on LTE, such as IMS service, VoLTE. 6) Good verbal and written English. 7) Experience with integration and verification testing of wireless software is highly desired Motivated, self-starter who likes challenging work. 8) Possesses strong problem solving skills and team-oriented approach Following skills are NICE TO HAVE: Automation Test experience Script language like shell, perl, tcl, python, etc. Working knowledge of Windows application software design and implementation (DLLs, APIs, COM, etc.) and the methods required to develop/debug such software Experience with high level languages such as Visual Basic, C/C++, or .NET.
