Obtain detailed business requirements in relation to a number of pre-defined business processes, Scope out into a detailed set of requirements that will be used for a software development project Carry out commercial business and related system administration, daily support, end-user training, system security control and other application system development. KEY RESULT AREAS & JOB ACTIVITIES/TASKS Strategic/ Policy - Implement AMS/OA system to different BU or JVCs, coordinate with the project team to ensure the system is delivered on schedule, in budget and within scope. - Business process analysis and optimization make available appropriate technology applications to improve the business processes Operational - Acquire business requirements from different BU key users. - Analysis business requirements and detail function design - Business process analysis and optimization - Organize user to collect master data, data verification, and data migration - Provide training to the users - Coordinate key user to finish user acceptance test. - Follow up the project progress and report the problem. - Provide support to the user - Ensures complete help documentation is in place - Maintains documentation of all changes by following the change management process BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS Qualification - Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent. Master or MBA is preferred. - Should possess at least 5 years of experience in software implementation, preferably with reasonable experience in programming. - 2 years of experience in project management is preferred. Special Skills & Knowledge - Knowledge of ERP and related project implementation - Knowledge of business operation on sales or finance area - Knowledge of project management skill - Knowledge of web technology, database programming and application development Key Competencies: - Business analysis skill - Good communication skill - Project management skills Language Require: Fluent English in reading, writing is required. Fluent English oral is preferred.
