为了让大学生更深刻的了解英国文化的魅力，认识英国教育的内涵，英国大使馆文化教育处拟于2009年2月26日在北京邮电大学进行英国文化及教育讲座。

Tim Denley 介绍：
Tim was graduated from Glasgow University, UK, with a Philosophy M.A. He’s been initially teaching English in Taiwan for two years, then relocated to Beijing to pursue his interest in learning about Chinese language and art. He studied at BLCU, taught business English and worked in the 798 district as UK Art specialist.
In August, Tim joined Cultural and Education Section of the British Embassy as project officer for the 搇ochExperience!攍och Project - a mini-festival which aims to create an innovative, cultural and three dimensional dialogue between the UK and China, and to inspire further conversation on subjects relevant to today’s 21st century generation.
