启动Android SDK Manager安装tools出现这样的问题： Fetching http://dl-ssl.google.com/android/repository/addons_list-1.xml Failed to fetch URL http://dl-ssl.google.com/android/repository/addons_list-1.xml, reason: Connection to http://dl-ssl.google.com refused Fetched Add-ons List successfully Fetching URL: http://dl-ssl.google.com/android/repository/repository-6.xml Failed to fetch URL http://dl-ssl.google.com/android/repository/repository-6.xml, reason: Connection to http://dl-ssl.google.com refused Done loading packages. 按照网上说的修改hosts后还是不行，求教大神们该怎么解决的？

MyEclipse安装android插件的时候提示： Could not connect to the "www.genuitec.com" server. Could not connect to the "www.genuitec.com" server 好难搞定啊= =
