【以下文字转载自 Board_Apply 讨论区】发信人: zitan (子夜昙花), 信区: Board_Apply 标题: [合集] [提案]成立看版学生国际交流协会发信站: 北邮人论坛 (Tue Jan 2 12:44:44 2007), 站内 ☆─────────────────────────────────────☆ rayer1798 (rayer~一◇起◇走◇吧 ^_^) 于 (Sun Dec 10 22:26:32 2006) 提到: 内容: (1). 英文版名: SICA (2). 中文版名: 学生国际交流协会分区：北邮校园-学生社团类别: 非水版 (2). 版面宗旨：sica日常工作展示，各种活动，接待，让大家了解SICA，为树立我校形象起作用协会介绍见附文~~~~ (3). 申请人信息: 申请人 ID： rayer1798 申请人是否曾经担任过本站的管理或非管理职务？若有，可否列举？（注：包括其他 ID；本项可选择不填写） rayer1798 英语吧跆拳道申请人是否承诺一旦开版成功，即担任版主：是即使我不行，我们协会有很多熟悉论坛操作的申请人是否承诺一旦开版成功，将支持并接受站务委员会的管理：是申请人是否了解新开设或新恢复的主题版面应在通过复审后一周内，由版主在版面与版面管理版同时提交正式的制版方针：是 (4). 范文文件标题列表（注：要求提供 3 篇或更多范文，另行以下列标题格式在版面管理版单独发表）标题：[范文][学生国际交流协会]SICA素质拓展训练！ [范文][学生国际交流协会]接待任务吃饭攻略1.0版 [范文][学生国际交流协会]西班牙巴伦西亚理工大学来访 (5). 连署人 ID: (为连署人预留的位置) 在发表提案之后，网友可以用回复该文并明确支持的方式进行连署，连署的期限为本站正常运行的七个工作日，逾期连署人数达不到要求者成为废案。 2. 连署：联署人仅供站务参考，暂定至少20人，原则上视版面主题与站内其它版面有无重合而由分区站务决定。 3. 范文：看版发起人需在连署期内提交至少三篇范文，否则相关提案成为废案。附件：协会介绍版本A 1、组织定位北京邮电大学学生国际交流协会（BUPT-Students’ International Communication Association）是一个在北京邮电大学团委和学生社团联合会领导，并在校国际合作与交流处具体的指导下的的年轻学生社团。 SICA设立了政企合作部，高校合作部，人力资源部，宣传企划部，综合办公室五个部门，为不同个性和特点的成员提供了充分发挥的舞台。SICA还将不定期举办有关外事礼仪，各国概况、人生规划、外语及中国方言等方面的培训，让会员的能力得到全方位的提升。 2、基本任务 BUPT-SICA面向北京邮电大学全体在校本科生和研究生，通过举办各种国际交流活动，拓展同学们国际视野，让更多的同学参与到我校国际交流活动中，得到更多与国内外各高校交流的机会，同时为广大同学创造使用外语（包括英语及日语、法语等其他语种）交流会话的平台，培养学生参与国际交流活动的兴趣，塑造北邮学生在对外交流场合的良好形象。促进协会成员与留学生的交流，帮助留学生更快地适应在北邮的学习生活，并使中外学生更好地了加深了解，增进友谊。 3、前景展望北京邮电大学学生国际交流协会立足于理工科院校，以塑造和丰富校园国际文化氛围、促进学生走出校园、开拓国际视野为己任。在协会成立以来，我们已经取得了一些成绩，扩大了协会在北邮校内外的知名度和影响力。但这仅仅是我们事业发展的一块奠基石，积极进取的SICA人将矢志不渝，为给北邮创造更浓厚的国际交流氛围、为北邮早日实现建成开放式的国际著名大学的目标贡献全部力量。期待BUPT-SICA与北邮的共同辉煌！协会介绍版本B 一、成立目的当今世界，国家与国家间的学术文化交流日益频繁。随着改革开放的不断深入，我国社会各项领域特别是教育领域的国际交流也呈快速增长的态势。作为进入 “211工程”的全国重点高校，北京邮电大学一直秉承开放式办学的理念，积极参与和推进国际间的各项学术文化交流活动。《北邮发展规划》明确指出，我校在未来要加强国内外校际学术交流，营造浓厚学术氛围；扩大与世界著名大学的学术交流和师生交流；加强校企合作，建立产学研基地。为了进一步推进我校的国际合作与交流工作，让更多的同学参与到我校的国际合作交流工作中来，国际合作交流处拟指导学生成立北邮学生国际交流协会。二、组织定位北京邮电大学学生国际交流协会是面向北京邮电大学在校本科生和研究生，主要从事校内外国际活动的学生社团，本会是北京邮电大学校团委领导下的学生社团，由校国际合作与交流处指导工作。三、协会宗旨拥护党的领导，遵守学校各种规章制度，协助校国际合作与交流处进一步做好外事接待工作，增进到我校访问的国际友人和外国学者、学生对北京邮电大学的友好情感，加深北邮学生与世界各地高校的相互了解，同时促进我校同学积极参与各种校内外国际交流活动，提高我校同学的国际交流水平，展现当代北邮学生良好的国际交流素质与精神面貌。四、基本任务 1、负责组织校国际合作与交流处交办的各种国际校际交流活动。 2、增进与国外访问学者、外教及客座教授等的学术交流，邀请他们举办讲座，参加学术研讨会，丰富同学的课外学习生活。 3、为校内国外访问学者、外教和留学生提供社区服务，如语言学习、研究助理、校园指南等，并协助解决其它生活、工作中的问题。 4、组织各种国际文化交流活动及中国民族特色的文化活动，给中国学生提供一扇认识世界、了解世界的窗口，帮助外专外教及留学生更好地了解中国文化，加深他们对中国的友好感情。 5、积极拓展与政界、商界以及各界的友好关系，特别加强与信息产业内相关国际组织及跨国企业的联系，并争取为协会成员提供更多形式多样、内容新颖的实践机会。五、经费来源本会经费来源包括：校团委和校国际合作与交流处拨发的社团活动经费、来自各方面的捐赠和本会筹集的各项活动赞助。六、活动成果 BUPT-SICA 在成立之前，筹委会成员已经开展了多项接待工作，共接待了菲律宾现任教育部部长Carlito S.Puno博士、香港中国研究生会访问团以及香港城市大学、美国东北州立大学和香港李惠利中学等多所学校的学生和老师。 SICA同学们的出色表现给来访者留下了美好的印象，除此之外SICA同学还参与了北邮在2006北京国际教育展中的展览活动，且成功承办北邮首次留学生迎新晚会，获得了中外师生的一致好评。七、组织特色项目制：接待性工作及大型活动采用项目制，会员有机会成为项目经理，同执行委员会一起负责整个项目的各项事务。各个部门的成员都有平等的机会参与到项目中。八、协会部门简介政企合作部：负责收集与国内外政府部门及企业的交流活动信息，筛选合适的项目合作信息，撰写项目计划书，负责与政府部门及企业的实际联络，在与已有的合作伙伴保持并巩固合作关系的基础上，积极拓展对外联络资源，为协会争取更大的交流空间和发展机会。高校合作部：负责收集与国内外各高校、社团和协会的交流活动信息，筛选合适的项目合作信息，撰写项目计划书，负责与各大高校、社团和协会的实际联络，在与已有的合作伙伴保持并巩固合作关系的基础上，积极拓展对外联络资源，为协会争取更大的交流空间和发展机会。人力资源部：负责会员的招收、培训活动的计划和具体安排、会员档案的管理及会员毕业去向登记；负责日常活动的联系组织和安排策划；负责组织本会的各种文化、娱乐活动，活跃本会的文化生活，增强组织凝聚力；协助主席团成立项目组。宣传企划部：负责协会的全面包装推介及宣传工作，发布国际合作与交流处提供的交流信息，为协会工作提供全方位信息支持；积极拓展各种宣传资源及相应合作资源；负责协会各项活动策划方案的撰写。综合办公室：负责项目档案管理、文案的起草、日常财务工作及相关财务财产的保管、设备的维护以及其他日常工作；负责本会与校内外各学术机构的交流及合作；负责行政部门及院、系、后勤中心的联系与沟通；负责与校内外各种新闻媒体的沟通与联络。协会英文介绍 Department of Universities Cooperation: It is in charge of the communication between the universities, associations and institutions home and abroad. It also steps up the academic and cultural exchange with different universities of different areas beyond boundaries. On one hand, it takes charge of the communicating work, such as the collecting and choosing the appropriate cooperation information and initializing the projects of programme. On the other hand, it cooperates with the Department of Government and Enterprise Cooperation on basis of the cooperating relationships and develops and explores more cooperation fields with the advantage in ITC (Industry of Telecom and Communication) and with support of Department of International Cooperation and Communication of our university (including some long-term communicating projects), and sets up the cooperation projects of our own university in purpose of acquiring more cooperating opportunities. Department of Government and Enterprise Cooperation: It is set up for collecting the cooperation activities information from the government and enterprises home and abroad, such as the Department of Information and Industry and the embassies of different countries. It also chooses the appropriate information of projects and cooperation and initializes the projects of programme. With the help of Department of Universities Cooperation, it takes charge of the communication between the government, enterprises with the students of our university in search of more cooperating fields and developing opportunities for our association on basis of the previous resources of cooperating relationships. Department of Promotion and Programming: It is a department in charge of the promoting, introducing, the information releasing, technical supporting and planning by means of techniques and creativeness. It also communicates with the media agencies inside and outside our university and integrates any kind of software and hardware resources cooperates with the Department of International Cooperation and Communication, and supplies the comprehensive support for the activities of our association. The main responsibilities are listed below: the designing of the promotion brochure, posters, PPT, LOGO, fly sheets and the cards for the members of the association; the communicating and cooperating among the media agencies; the preservation of web sites and the forum management; the archiving of digital information, the initialization of the activities, and so on. Department of General Affairs: It is set in charge of harmonizing the all the departments on board, sharing and distributing the sources properly, as well as the accordance between the members of the Executive Committee and the members of our association ,at the same time all other daily affairs of it. The department also takes charge of project documents managing, drafts and files initializing, financial affairs and possession of the association guarding, equipments managing and preservation; communicating with logistic center, the schools, departments of our university; the activities ground arranging, commodities purchasing and supervising. Department of Human Resources: It is set in charge of member recruitment, assessment and relationship management; the programme and arrangement of the training activities; management of members’ archives and relationships of the graduate members; the organizing and programming of the cultural and entertainment activities for the members of SICA and the construction the project group assisting the Executive Committee. 1. Organizational Position BUPT- Students’ International Communication Association –is a students’ association under the leadership of Department of International Cooperation and Communication of BUPT, The League Union of BUPT and the Students’ Union of BUPT. It consists of Department of Government and Enterprises Cooperation, Department of Universities Cooperation, Department of Promotion and Programming, Department of Human Resources and Department of general affairs, leaving the stages for all the members’ self-development. SICA also regularly trains the members in all aspects from proprieties in foreign affairs to the general introduction of different countries, from the programme for life to the foreign languages, even the Chinese dialects.in purpose of all members’ improvement their abilities to receive the foreigners. 2. Fundamental tasks: All of the bachelor and master students can get access to BUPT-SICA. Through the international communicating activities, more and more students will be engaged in the reception international exchange activities of foreign , which widen their horizon and cultivate their interests in participating in this kind of activities, foreign language speaking, including English, Japanese, French, and shaping students’ favorable images of BUPT in international exchange affairs. It is also beneficial to improve the communication with the international students in our university, quicken their adaptation to their learning here, deepen the cultural comprehension of each other and improve the relationship between the Chinese and the foreign students. 3. Prospects of future: BUPT-SICA has played an important role in enriching the international culture of our university and widening the students’ horizons. Since the establishment of it, we have already had some achievements, which enlarge the fame and the influence of our association on campus and in society. However, it is only a foundation stone, all the passionate members of SICA will persistently spare no effort to build up larger international communicating environment and achieve the destination of becoming an worldwide famous open university. We are expecting a brighter future of BUPT as well as BUPT-SICA.
