We own a wide variety of features, which are directly customer facing and involve broad range of technologies. Specifically, our feature area that have position open is about:
o Monetization to come up with best UX and data feature on Ads and directly bring in revenue
Responsibilities：
Understand all the metrics, is able to get insights of what happened from real traffic scorecard, and come up with improvement plan if needed
Innovate ideas, implement, flight and ship features to have either Revenue or WpSBS impact
Build dashboard to monitor mainstreamed features’ coverage and performance
Estimate/Predict the SBS loss for international markets where they don't have judge resource, and identify the root cause for the loss
