Research on 4G mobile technology is booming up in China, and therefore in 2009, Global Mobile Congress (GMC) and IEEE Computer Society will work together to foster this emerging R&D effort in Shanghai on October 12-14. Since 2004, GMC has been the foremost research summit for presentation of advances in wireless and mobile communications. This mobile summit offers a unique opportunity for students, engineers, scientists and investors working at the cutting edge of wireless systems and mobile applications to maintain technical currency, and to network with global leading experts and scientists in the 4G open mobile advancement. GMC'2009 accepted papers will be published by IEEE in IEEE Xplore and also in EI Compendex. Authors with accepted papers are required to sign the IEEE Copyright Transfer form before publication.
