[问题]有同学参加过chinacom这会议吗？论文中了必须要参会吗？

chinacom2012会议主页上写的如下： Author No-Shows Each paper included in the final conference program must be presented at the conference. Authors of papers included in the final program which are not presented at the conference will be added to a "No Show List" and their papers will be removed from the final conference proceedings submitted to IEEE for inclusion in Xplore. 是说作者之一必须要到会吗？如果找人代讲可不可以,会影响收录吗？感觉一般在国内开的会议注册了就行了吧，还要去参会？有之前中过chinacom这个会议的同学吗？能否指点一下，小弟第一次发文，没什么经验，谢谢！ Ps：chinacom2012在昆明开

Only after you have concluded the registration process and we have received your full member or non-member registration fee, will you be eligible to submit the camera ready version of your paper at http://cameraready.eai.eu/. Please note that if you chose to pay via bank transfer it may take up to 5 business days before your transfer arrives and your registration is concluded.
