It includes all Radio NW aspects from beginning to end, Radio NW Planning and Radio NW Optimization. Radio NW Consultants are also responsible for providing Business development and Sales Support within area of expertise. In more than 75% working time will travel outside Beijing. The Radio Network Consultant work tasks are: Designing radio network for GSM, WCDMA, or TDSCDMA. Consultancy on radio network optimization and performance improvement. Note: All activities need to be performed with close interaction with the customer. Required Skills: GSM/WCDMA Radio Knowledge (Radio Propagation, Radio Characteristics, Cellular NW principle, Interference, Traffic estimation) Performance Analysis (Air Interface Protocol analysis, Voice, CS, PS analysis) Minimum a Bachelor of Science certificate in Computer Area/Telecommunications or equivalent. Excellent English skill both oral and writing ability is mandatory. Good adaptability and quick learner of new technical knowledge is essential. Strong IT/IP knowledge is much more preferred. Provide daily support to 3G Implementation & Support towards Market Unit / Regional groups. 2. Participate in WCDMA RAN trouble shooting, remote / on-site support and emergency recovery activities. 3. Integration and verification support for 3G Trial Projects. 4. Involve in the System / Function Verification and support activities. 5. Technical interface towards Market Units and Product Design Units. Required Skills: Candidate should have the following qualification, skills and/or experiences: 1. Bachelor degree in Telecommunication or Electronic Engineering - Essential. 2. At least 1 years experience in Ericsson WCDMA RAN nodes (RNC, RXI, RBS) - Desirable. 3. Good knowledge of Radio network - Essential. 4. Familiar to the Radio Access Network Support & Supply activities - Desirable. 5. Familiar to 3GPP Standard. - Desirable. 6. Good knowledge of Radio Signaling and IP networking - Desirable. 7. Work well under high pressure. 8. Flexible, showing initiative, perseverance and have good communication & co-operation skills. 9. Strong team-work, and willing to take challenge. 10.
