The conference is planned to be held annually in China with a particular purpose of providing an opportunity for young researchers to meet each other and exchange their latest research progress. The IEEE Youth Conference on Information, Computing and Telecommunications 2009 invites you to participate in the first annual conference, covering all aspects of Information, Computing and Telecommunication, from underlying technologies to applications, from theory to practice. Information, Computing and Telecommunication are very hot and important research topics and gain more attention by economy as well as society in recent years, especially in China. IEEE YC-ICT 2009 is the inaugural event supported by IEEE and all IEEE Sections in China, aiming at promoting the interests of young people, especially IEEE members from China on the research of information, computing and telecommunication technology. % Topic方面基本上是把IT的一网打尽了。。。 Call for Papers All submissions will be handled electronically. Submission instructions will be posted on the conference website in due course. All reviewing will be carried out double-blind by the Program Committee. In submitting a manuscript to YC-ICT, authors acknowledge that no paper substantially similar in content has been or will be submitted to another conference or workshop during the YC-ICT review period (July 2, 2009 – Aug 10, 2009). Papers accepted by the conference will be published by IEEE and are expected to be indexed by the engineering index (EI).
