Based upon the assigned product(s) to support the PSA may provide support directly to customers or to Symantec employees who work for the customer. Work a shift that is parallel to our N. Asian neighboring countries. Working Holidays on a shared basis (rotation schedule). Required Skills, Attributes and Knowledge Required Skills: . Strong demonstrated customer service/support skills . Demonstrated skills at working within a team . Superior phone skills and ability to connect with the customer . Ability to multi-task across several open cases and manage time well . Possess strong problem solving and trouble shooting skills . Able to conduct research to find answers to questions and solutions to problems with the proper tools provided. . Ability to establish technical credibility with a wide range of customer contacts . Demonstrated communication skills . 熟练使用粤语或韩语.Fluent in Mandarin. Fluent in Korean or Cantonese is also required - bilingual or multilingual is a bonus. Required Attributes . Able to maintain a positive attitude throughout the support process . Strong work ethics Required Knowledge . Demonstrated solid system administration skills in MS Windows operating systems,(Windows 2003,2000,XP, 98) . Demonstrated knowledge of Linux OS . Demonstrated knowledge of Netware . Demonstrated TCP/IP knowledge Desired Knowledge . Certifications such as MCP, MCSE, CNE, CCNA, CISSP,GIAC . Previous experience with Antivirus software . Mail traffic knowledge and troubleshooting abilities Customer Service Primary Responsibilities A requirement to work Chinese business hours . Responsible for answering incoming calls and emails and verifying support agreements for Enterprise customers, taking responsibility towards specific language queues. Responsible for the administration of enterprise support agreements. Maintains customer contact records and ensures the customer has access to the various services provided. Responsible for the administration of the Virus Alerting Service and access to eService. Work closely with counterparts in other regions to set up global agreements. Responsible for the registration of all Partners in the partner support program. Assist customers with licensing issues, Upgrade Insurance, RMA requests and Contact Changes. Support and closely cooperate with our internal customers like Inside Sales, Technical Support and Order Services Group. Requirements : 熟练使用粤语.High School Certificate and /or equivalent. Fluent in Mandarin/Simplified Chinese, Fluent Cantonese/Traditional Chinese and English. 2-4 years customer service experience (telemarketing experience highly recommended).
