Tzung Tzu
A very popular dish during the Dragon Boat festival is tzung tzu. This tasty dish consists of rice dumplings with meat, peanut, egg yolk, or other fillings wrapped in bamboo leaves. The tradition of tzung tzu is meant to remind us of the village fishermen scattering rice across the water of the Mi Low river in order to appease the river dragons so that they would not devour Chu Yuan.

I feel some terms are Cantonese spell, including sticky rice dumpling (or sticky rice ball).
In addition, the post doesn't cover the captioned topic.
Besides the story of Qu Yuan as the origin thereof, a few other folks and beliefs exists, including the story of Wu Zixu, whom some countries of JiangSu and Zhejiang provinces commemorate, customs of providing offerings to the King of the river, story of confucian's trying to strengthen its eminence over the Buddhism etc. Like most of other Chinese traditional festivals, the Dragon Boat Festival is a mixed of above mentioned folks, with one folk dominenting in a particular area of the mainland.
Further, there's a story on why dragon boat is used. DuanWu has an alternative name as Duan Yan in the past. May 5 in lunar calendar is believed to be the longest and hottest day around summer solstice. In traditional culture, Yang and Dragon are considered to be male. Thus, May 5 should be the Male's day while the day of winter solstice the female's day. That's the reason why Dragon sharped boat is used for celebrating the feast.
Similar folks can be found in other Asian countries, especally the country lies near China. Taking Japan as example, May 5 in lunar calendar was deemed as Boy's Day, which is later decreed as Children's Day and the date was moved to May 5 in solar calendar. On that day, every home with a male child would fly a carp flag for wishing boy health and good luck.
