返回信息流2013 IET International Conference on Information and Communications Technologies will be held on 27th -29th, April 2013 in Beijing. IETICT 2013 aims to provide an international academic platform for scholars in fields of information communications technologies to exchange ideas and latest research results. The conference includes not only the technical sessions, but also the invited sessions,keynote addresses.
2013 IET信息与通信技术国际会议将于2013年4月27至4月29日在北京举行。IETICT2013将为国内外信息与通信技术领域的众多专家、学者和科研工作者提供一个互相交流与促进的舞台。会议将邀请相关专家学者到会做特邀报告和主题报告。为保证本次会议的学术质量，吸引更多的原创的、高水平的学术论文，现公开征稿，欢迎广大在信息通信领域开展研究与学习的中外学者、科研工作者及学生的踊跃投稿。本次会议只接受英文投稿，所录用的论文将录入IEEE Xplore和IET INSPEC，并被EI Compendex检索,优秀论文将直接推荐至SCI期刊正刊发表。
IETICT2013 conference will run in conjunction with China-Ireland International Conference on Information and Communications Technologies (CIICT2013). CIICT is an international conference since its inception in 2006, and held alternately every year in China and Ireland, thematic studies focused on the wide range of fields of information and communication technology.
IETICT2013将会与2013年中国爱尔兰信息通信技术国际会议(CIICT2013)共同召开。中爱信息通信技术国际会议自2006年起，由中爱两国轮流举办，会议的主题广泛地涵盖了信息和通信技术领域。2012年中爱信息通信技术国际会议于2012年7月5日在爱尔兰都柏林城市大学成功召开。中华人民共和国驻爱尔兰大使罗林泉应邀参加了此次会议并致辞。罗大使在致辞中赞扬了研讨会的学术交流水平，对中爱学者专家在历次及本届研讨会中所作努力表示肯定。
