环境变量也设置过了并且也复制 <opnet_dir>\sys\pc_intel_win32\bin\manifest_NET2005目录下五个manifest文件到<opnet_dir>\sys\pc_intel_win32\bin目录下 但是仍然出现这种问题 谢谢指点啊
