As an Associate Solutions Engineer, you will work hand-in-hand with the sales and partner teams to introduce MessageBird to our customers. You will be the trusted solutions advisor for our customers by creating solutions that enable innovative use cases and fit perfectly into their tech stack.
Reporting directly to the APAC Solutions Engineering team lead, you'll work hand-in-hand with Sales, Partners, Product Management, and our Engineering teams, fostering a collaborative environment where innovation thrives.
What You’ll Do
1. As an Associate Solutions Engineer at MessageBird, you'll be the technological backbone of our sales efforts, crafting innovative solutions that integrate seamlessly into our customers' tech stacks. You'll be a trusted advisor, leading the technical discovery process, delivering compelling demos, and building impactful proofs-of-concept.
2. Collaborate closely with Sales, Partners, and Engineering teams to introduce MessageBird's solutions.
3. Serve as a solutions advisor, tailoring our offerings to fit unique customer use cases.
4. Lead the technical aspects of our solutions, from discovery to demo and prototype development.
5. Engage in exciting travel for sales meetings, trade shows, and conferences.
6. Contribute to team hackathons and participate in fun, team-building events.
What You’ll Bring
1. With over 1-3 years in client-facing, consultative technical roles, with a proven track record in software development and documentation.
2. Hands-on experience with APIs and SDKs. Familiarity with PaaS, SaaS, IaaS, and public cloud concepts is advantageous but not mandatory.
3. Strong presentation, problem-solving, and creativity skills. Highly communicative and team-oriented.
4. Experience in the CPaaS/ Martech industry and partnership ecosystems is a bonus. Eagerness to learn about this field is highly valued.
