大家今天玩的好happy啊，还好有照片聊以慰藉偶的好奇心@_@~ 飞跃手册第九部分之答复学校 9.录取与答复 9.1如何答复学校 (4.15协议) 一般情况下，从过年前后，阳历2月开始，会有ad和offer在邮箱中出没。有的学校先发ad，发的时候会告诉你我们的奖还在审，大约一个月之后出结果。有的学校ad和offer一起发。在激动之余，我的原则是，尽快做出抉择，手头总是留有当前最想去的唯一一个offer，其他offer尽快据掉，为了不影响对方录取，也为了更多还等着offer的飞友们。一直到4.15协议前一天，闭眼从了当前最佳的一个，遂圆满。 9.1.1请求宽限考虑时间一般offer会有一个期限，原则上是4.15，有的学校也会有自己的期限，在offer里会提到请在某某日期之前做出答复。在收到第一个offer之后，当然是欣喜之情溢于言表，但是也不好直接从了，所以需要一边表示感谢一边请求宽限时日慢慢考虑。此类email可以这样写： Dear Prof. xxx, Thank you very much. I am very glad to know that I am admitted by xxx with financial support. I will consider your offer very seriously. I will send you an email as soon as my decision is made before xxx. Thank you again. Best Wishes xxx 9.1.2拒绝offer 如果后面有更好的offer，并且已经决定肯定不去这个学校了，可以委婉的表示拒绝并且最好推荐一个也申请着在waitinglist里面的同学： Dear Prof. xxx, Sorry for my late reply to your offer letter of admission and financial support. In cooperation with my teachers and my family, I carefully reviewed the gracious offer from you. Xxx is a famous university that we all admire, and I think your financial aid is sufficient enough for me to live an easy life in USA. However, I regret to inform you that I can't take this precious opportunity, because I have made my decision to accept another offer from a university. Hope my decision won't cause too much trouble in your recruitment. Additionally, I hope the admission office at your department could consider more applicants from China, especially those from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. As far as I know, most of them are very talented and have strong research potential. Moreover, they are very fond of xxx. Thank you again and wish you all the best in your work and life! Regards, xxx 9.1.3接受offer 在4.15前夕，焦急的挣扎接近尾声，痛苦的抉择和欣喜的期盼之后要给自己和对方一个交代，于是接受offer的email产生了： Dear Prof. xxx, Hi. This is to acknowledge your letter dated xxx, in which you offered me full financial support for my study and research at xxx University this fall. I accept this kind offer with deep appreciation. Thank you and your colleagues for giving me the chance to join your esteemed community of scholars to continue my educational and research career. Sincerely yours, xxx 这里需要注意的是，如果接受到这个学校的纸质包裹，里面通常会有是否接受offer的回执。计算好对方收到的时间，在4.15或者对方学校规定日期之前签字并且回寄是最好的最正式的方法。这个回执或者email答复非常重要，务必确保在期限之前对方收到。比如email方便的话可以抄送导师系主任小米等，比如回执如果怕寄的时间长可以签字扫描email抄送，直到对方热烈期望在下学期见到你。
