Dr. Jay Hunt（IBM中国软件开发中心资深经理）
Jay joined Rational Software in 1997 and through requisition, joined IBM in 2003. He has held numerous roles during 11 years working for IBM Rational, from GUI test engineer, to performance test engineer, to manager of a System Verification Test team in Rational. Recently with wife and 5 year old daughter, become international assignee into CDL for 2 years. His rich experience in Rational product, software testing and management skill bring in tremendous influence into Rational CDL team. Jay obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University and a Juris Doctor degree from Northeastern University School of Law.
鞠琳博士（IBM高级软件工程师，IBM Rational 测试架构师）
Lin Ju has more than 8 years' experience in application software testing and outsourcing testing service. Currently, Lin is working on new Rational Products which is built on Jazz technology. Before joining IBM, Lin is CTO in Beijing Software Testing & QA center, a non-profit organization specializing in application software testing and consulting, providing the technical leadership and management to the entire center's testing team with 70 test engineers. Lin also has studied and worked in Canada for 8 years. Lin holds Ph.D. (Engineering) degree from Concordia University in Canada.
曹晓明（IBM人力资源部高级专员）
Lily (Xiao Ming) Cao joined IBM CDL in 2000. She has held numerous roles during 3 years working for CDL, from recruiting, internal audit, to communication. Lily transferred to IBM HR function in 2003, focusing on recruiting and top talent management
