Amendment to Semster Two Module Programmes. 08 December 2010 Dear ×××, Semester 2 Module Changes At the start of the academic year, all students were asked to complete the module registration task and make module choices, where applicable. Although you will have already chosen your second semester modules there may be good reason why you may wish to change your initial selection and this email provides details of how you can make this change. You have up until Friday 21st January 2011 to notify Registry of any second semester module changes. This only applies to courses where modules are not compulsory and is subject to module availability and at the approval of the department / school. How do I change my module selections? To view your current second semester modules, log on to the Queen Mary student information system portal, MySIS. If you wish to make a change, complete the Module Amendment form which can be found in the Module Registration menu option in MySIS and take to your department / school for approval. You will need to list on the form those modules which are to be removed from your profile and those which are to be added. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have sufficient academic credit to complete your programme. Please see further instructions on the Module Amendment form. Return your completed form to Registry (CB05, Queens Building, Mile End) no later than Friday 21st January 2011. Any form that has not been authorised by the department / school will not be accepted. Forms received after the deadline will not be processed. Module changes will be visible on MySIS once approved and processed. Do I need to do anything if I don&﹖ want to change my module selections?
