返回信息流昨晚守在evo论坛和其他人一起给juce反馈使用情况，经过他修改终于能强开画质了，oh yeah～！
2009果然是降低了配置要求，小本跑高画没什么问题了，之前检测只能跑低画的640：（

- rs0e_X.img folder should now REALLY work
- quality check-disable logic should also work now
