Basic Qualifications
- Major in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related area. Prefer Master’s degree or above;
- Strong OO design skills with understanding of common Java design paradigms;
- Proficient with RDBMS technology fundamentals, data modelling, SQL, and query optimization;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Excellent in English, both speaking and writing;
- Experience translating business requirements into operational systems;
- Make sure at least 4 working days per week

- Familiarity with technologies such as JavaScript, PHP, XML, XSLT, XBRL, SOAP, HTTP, and other web services technologies
- Thorough understanding of Service oriented architectures
- Knowledge of Excel, VBA is a plus;
