被第二个审稿人怼的还蛮惨的：In addition to the above mentioned comments, the paper contains a lot of vague and inaccurate statements. I recommend to fully investigate the positions (contribution) of previous works for randomization [8]-[13] and to carefully revise the paper, if the authors consider submission to the other journals. Most of the works are not for simple key space expansion but for the protection against advanced attacks such as know-plaint text and fast correlation attacks.
这不算怼的惨吧，就是审稿人按自己理解觉得你的表述有问题，太过绝对

审稿人 觉得你语言表达不够精炼。他说如果你投期刊期刊的话，建议详细修改论文。说明他大概率是给了rejected。如果编辑让你修改的话，说明编辑觉得论文还可以救一下，你尽力修改。看看 能不能挽回。另外，你有几个审稿人？投的是什么级别的期刊？说的清楚点，可以给你一些建议。
