The Red Hat Global Support Delivery team is looking for a Technical Support Intern with good communication skills to join us in Beijing, China. In this role, you will learn from our team while working in a multicultural environment. You’ll also have the opportunity to study Red Hat technologies and get technical certificates.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Verify, organize and update customer contact information
Guide customers to register and use Customer Portal
Answer customer‘s basic questions about the Red Hat subscription model
Support customers on basic issues of using Red Hat Enterprise Linux
Call back customers to track and confirm the current status of the submitted technical issues
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related major
Good communication skills in English at CET4-level
Good listening and problem solving skills
The following are considered a plus:
Knowledge in UNIX or Linux operating system
Knowledge in using open-source software
