想向国外的一个组织申请一个project列表。因为他们网站上提供的列表是flash格式的，我没法提取文字。200多个项目，一个个手工敲的话需要很多时间。所以，我想给他们发邮件，申请一个Excel格式的project列表，包含时间、国家等各种描述。 这个邮件该怎么写？谢谢！

I'm writing to ask if you may kindly send me the list of projects for our institute to xxxxxxxxxxx. The information I need are all in the format of flash, so that they can't be extracted automatically. I'd appreciate if you may send me an excel file containing descriptions such as time, country.
