We are inviting talents to share our enjoyment of developing & Testing Lotus Quickr, the new Web 2.0-based collaborative content offering designed to enable more effective team based content collaboration, comprises connectors that integrate with popular desktop applications, a rich set of content and team services such as wikis and team blogs, templates and scalable content repositories to help businesses manage information in a security-rich environment. Within this project, developers/testers will have opportunity to develop deep skills and knowledge in J2EE, Web2.0, and will work closely with worldwide senior technical people. Job Responsibilities - Analyze requirements, design and implementation of new features. - Maintain and enhance existing product for quality and other considerations. - Work across organization boundaries to achieve objectives. Job Requirements (skills/experiences) - Rich programming in Java. - Rich platform based development skills on SWT/Eclipse RCP. - Deep understanding about the concepts and patterns of Object Oriented design and implementation. - Good knowledge of software engineering and software development process. - Passionate to software development. An independent, assertive, self-motivated, creative, dynamic, and flexible approach is required, whilst offering and open to new ideas. - Excellent communication skills, Chinese and English (verbal and written) - Solid Knowledge or rich experiences in following fields is a strong plus: Web 2.0 & related technologies, specially for SOAP/REST services. Experiences of development on Lotus Notes remote API. Agile development, specially for TDD. Qualifications(Education/Major/Certificates) - Master degree or above in Computer Science & Technology or equivalent - Available for work at least four days per week - Able to be on service for at least 3 months Location: IBM Ring Building, 28#, ZPark, Haidian district, Beijing.
