In this role, you will serve as a key member of the finance team, providing tax support for our business in Greater China. You'll need excellent organization and communication skills to respond to inquiries, coordinate audits, manage filing calendars, and gather information for internal procedures. The Finance team will count on you to ensure that our processes are properly documented and in compliance with regional regulations. This role will be focused on indirect tax compliance 80% of the time, with some tax advisory exposure. Primary Job Responsibilities Corporate taxes calculation and tax filings; VAT tax invoices issuing and verification; assist Tax Manager in other areas as instructed. The scope includes but is not limited to all tax related matters in Greater China. Responsibilities: Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual CIT/VAT/ surcharges/ Stamp duty filling and tax refund. Issue VAT invoices according to the order in the system and verify Input VAT invoices. Maintains and analyzes tax accounts and record(s) to ensure compliance and reconciliation. Withholding tax calculation, payment and documentation for non-trade overseas payment. Participate in China related projects. Support the Internal/external audit/tax audit, TP documentation work; Complies with the requirements in terms of internal control and external audits. Be proactive with tax and statutory issues that may impact business and come with recommendation for tax manager. Keep good communication and relationship with tax bureau in charge. Other tasks assigned by tax manager. Required Skills University degree in Accounting/Finance related field or similar degree or experience, 2+ years of related working experience, Familiar with VAT Invoice system and Tax Filing system, Strong problem solving skills and result orientation, able to multitask and work under pressure Fast learner and self-motivated personnel Fluent in English and Mandarin, both in oral and written Strong computer skills with MS, familiar with Oracle will be a plus
