内容摘要：We will start with an introduction of Intel in China with focus on its R&D organization in Zizhu, Shanghai. The main part of the talk is on clouding computing. Cloud computing has got a lot attention recently. In this seminar, we will describe our view of what cloud computing is; explain the fundamental technologies behind cloud computing – computing, networking, storage, and management; illustrate potential benefit in functionality, reliability, convenience, and cost. We will elucidate potential technical research and business innovation. We will end the seminar on sharing our view on how to get most out of college education to best prepare one for the rest of one’s life.
