一个月还没过初审，可以催了。我最近的tifs投稿体验，审了半年多杳无音信，催AE得到回复："It has been very challenging to find reviewers for your manuscript -- significantly more challenging than with any other manuscripts I have handled. We had to invite 19 people with expertise in this area in order to secure two reviewers."
