POSITION Principal/Senior Member of Technical Staff
LINE OF BUSINESS Oracle Asia Research & Development Center Beijing
REPORTS TO (Job Title Only) Senior Manager
Location: Beijing
KEY OBJECTIVE
(Outline key/overall objectives of the role)
Providing and maintaining infrastructures and tools for development teams including IT processes, setup and backup services, Asset Manager Service, source control environment, Web tools as well as all servers and the server rooms in several locations.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
(Outline specific tasks/responsibilities of the role)
? Create and drive asset management policy & process across internal customers.
? Maintain and technical support for internal tools likes CVS, web applications etc.
? Monitor and manage servers to make sure all are in services and used properly.
? Backup & recover internal infrastructure systems to ensure data safety
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE and TRAINING
(Indicate the essential experience, qualifications and attributes required to perform this position effectively)
? BS or above in computer science or equivalent
? 5+ years related working experience, experience in data center is a plus
? Extensive knowledge with Linux, cluster ware and storage management.
? Excellent analytical skills and problem solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly
? Exhibits good project planning and time management skills
? Good English communication skills, CET 6 or equivalent.
? Self-Motivated, creative and responsible.
? Good team player
