[招聘] Technical Lead / Project Lead in 3GPP LTE-Advanced (NEC Laboratories China) * Job Title: Technical Lead / Project Lead in 3GPP LTE-Advanced * Company & Location: NEC Laboratories China Beijing, China * Reporting Line: Report to the Department Head of Wireless Communications * Responsibilities: (1) Lead a group / project on R&D in LTE-advanced Specific topics include MIMO, beamforming, OFDM/OFDMA, SC-FDMA, CoMP (coordinated multi-point), relay, channel coding, multi-user scheduling, radios resource management, cross-layer optimization in 4G areas, especially LTE-advanced. (2) Contribute to standardization (international & domestic) To make technical contributions to the international standardization, e.g., 3GPP LTE / LTE-advanced & IEEE, and domestic standardization in China. (3) Apply for IPR and publish research paper To apply for international or domestic patents, and publish research papers in prestigious conferences and journals. * Requirements: (1) Ph.D. or M.Sc. degree in EE (electrical engineering), CS (computer science) or related areas Candidates with 5+ years of working experience in industry are particularly encouraged to apply for this position. (2) Solid background in wireless communications & networking Solid background in wireless communications and networking is required. Specifically, expertise in one or more of the following areas: 3GPP LTE / LTE-advanced, WLAN (802.11), WiMAX (802.16), is preferred.
