在NAND device:Toshiba NAND 128MiB 1,8V 8-b,板上好像并没有这个FLASH,
板上的NAND FLASH是三星的K9F1208U0B,64M
在添加Nor FLASH 是在drivers/mtd/maps/下自己做了一个at91rm9200.c然后在Kconfig和
Makefile修改相应的参数,出来了相应的三个分区(也不知道是不是正确)
用相似的方法添加NAND就没反映,百度了好久没有一个常识成功。求大牛相助。

这个说明你的板子上的Nand驱动没有问题 ms就是分区表有点问题
查查Nand的分区表是咋移植的吧
查一查nand的设备列表,改一下配置,另外找找分区表,要么在driver/mtd里,要么在arch/arm/mach-xxxx下
