应用程序总出现 应用程序正常初始化(0xc0150004)失败的问题 搜了搜网上也没啥解决办法，装什么vs运行库也装了，没用 有人知道怎么回事么，vsita这个破系统。。微软不知道咋想的

Thanks, Lodi. It does seem like a workable solution. That's a pity that yesterday I was so desperate because I couldn't find the solution. So I just did a clean reinstall of Windows (without any Dell software). That has resolved all the problems. So it was definitely a problem with Dell. 原来如此。。。dell 干啥呢
