Tips:
For USC CS, better apply as early as possible, or you may get rej even if you
have got a very good Acd.
For NYU CS, GRE>1100, TOEFL>79 and a fair background in CS could have a try
For Columbia CS, when filling out the form online, especially in the part of
Score, you can choose a suitable conversion of both your scores and your
courses, and they have their own scale. In addition, forget about the
requirements like GPA>3.3 and TOEFL>100, this is only a ref scale.
For NEU CS, top 10% students in their applicants pool of Fall term would be
able to get a waiver of 1/3 tuition and with Co-op, actually a few grand USD
would be enough
For NCSU CS, TOEFL>90, this seems to be a requirement
For CMU ECE, a high GRE and TOEFL might help you get through
For Brown CS, no specific requirement except TOEFL>105, nice equipments and
high possibility to continue PH.D
