返回信息流前言：前段时间太忙了，最近终于闲下来好好弄一下这个事，结果发现都没有多少人回复或者询问，按道理不应该啊，老师跟学校这么好了，看来还是宣传没到位啊，所以有了这次的补充。

丹麦奥尔堡大学终身associate professor（该大学史上最年轻的终身教职）范伟招收2021年博士生两名，目标人群北邮应届硕士（往届的可能需要跟老师聊一聊）。欢迎学生或者老师转发帮顶！
关于学校：
这个附件里有简单介绍以及主页网址，但为了方便，我这里附上百度百科的介绍。个人评价，这是一所年轻、焕发研究活力的电信专业学校，其基于项目、问题的导向型教学模式（学校跟很多企业合作，学生每个学期是以企业实际的工程项目为研究课题，完成一学期的研究内容）被很多大学，甚至联合国教科文组织推广使用。根据最近的全世界大学排名，该大学在欧洲的地位有点类似于之前北邮在中国的地位，并且处于上升期。

关于老师：
同样附件里面有简单介绍以及个人主页。这里添加楼主自己评价。范老师09年哈工大本科毕业，11年取得法国和意大利两所大学双硕士学位，14年奥尔堡大学博士毕业，并留学开始担任assistant professor，17年取得终身associate professor职位。老师很年轻，但学术能力极强，从11年开始博士研究到现在也就才9年时间，却在其研究方向（无线信道空口测试）具有很大的名气（做OTA的华为等公司和学术团队基本都知道），目前已发表130余篇论文，其中70余篇sci。总的来说，学术能力很强，再加上年轻，指导学生学术研究的能力也很强（这一点主要是针对有些牛导已经不带学生了，安排下面的小老师带，所以去牛导那还不如去范老师这样的年轻导师）。另外一个方面，就是与学生关系了，之前范老师受邀来过北邮开授暑期课程，上过课的都应该觉得范老师和学生的关系很好，属于那种讲研究就给你讲的明明白白，生活上也能融洽相处的老师（担心学生-导师之间相处的同学可以放心）。

关于资助：
CSC+导师项目补贴（最高可达19800RMB/月，奥尔堡生活费每个月大概需要5000RMB），详细可看附件，CSC导师会跟学生一起准备。
值得注意的是，2021年CSC直接攻读博士生准备工作已经开始，有意愿的同学抓紧时间联系老师，然后尽快开始准备材料

第一次发帖，对规则不熟悉，有什么错误可以指正修改。
最近有一个跟本人实验室有合作的老师联系我们，想招两个打算留学攻读博士学位的北邮硕士生，因此拜托本人在论坛发个帖子，介绍一下基本情况。
老师基本情况：范伟，是湖北孝感人，就职于丹麦奥尔堡大学，目前取得该校终身副教授职称，研究方向为无线信道建模与测试（OTA空口测试）。他2014年奥尔堡大学博士毕业，之后留校任教，比较年轻，但是在研究方向上还是比较有名气，且处于上升期。据本人的接触来看，范老师本身在学术研究上值得钦佩，同时对学生的指导也是广受好评（欧洲那边学术研究环境还是比较好的，导师跟学生的关系非常正常，再加上中国人，所以这方面一般评价都很好，再加上本人亲身接触，所以对这方向有顾虑的学生大可不必担忧）。更多的学术情况可以查询其本人主页，在附件里面有。
目标人群：两名北邮硕士研究生（他跟北邮学生接触比较多，觉得学生质量跟潜力还可以），跟研究方向相关的信息可以查看附件或者邮件联系他。老师还是很nice的。
方式：CSC+导师项目资助。这个条件本人给出客观评价，规定的范围还是挺窄的，他那边，由于政府关系，不太好提供全奖，所以希望学生申请CSC资助（他会跟学生一起准备），如果优秀的学生，他自己会从项目里面拿出一部分钱来资助。但是2021年CSC申请大概3月就会开始，所以有想法的学生得尽快准备了。

About Aalborg University (AAU)

The APMS section conducts research and education on antennas, radio propagation, and microwave and millimetre-wave systems and circuits. About the Principal Investigator (PI) Dr. Wei Fan received his Bachelor of Engineering degree from Harbin Institute of technology, China in 2009, Master’s double degree with highest honours from Politecnico di Torino, Italy and Grenoble Institute of Technology, France in 2011, and Ph.D. degree from Aalborg University, Denmark in 2014. From February 2011 to August 2011, he was with Intel Mobile Communications, Denmark as a research intern. He conducted a three-month internship at Keysight technologies, Finland in 2014. He was promoted to assistant professor in 2014 and tenured associate professor in August 2017. He is heading the research group “wireless channels and antenna over-the-air testing” in Department of Electronic Systems in Aalborg University. He was awarded Sapere Aude: DFF- Research Talent in Denmark in 2016. He has published more than 130 research papers, including 70 SCI journal publications. He has received more than 2 million EUR competitive funding in recent 5 years from Huawei technologies and Danish government. His main areas of research are antenna array signal processing, over-the-air testing of multiple antenna systems, radio channel sounding, estimation, modeling and emulation. Looking for PhD students funded by CSC scholarship We are looking for excellent PhD students to work in the research direction of advanced antenna system testing and radio channel propagation. The successful candidates should have excellent grades, strong mathematical and simulation skills and problem-solving mind-sets. There is no official requirement for English, but it is expected that the candidates have a good level of written and spoken
English skills. 优秀的硕士申请者能通过参与在研科研项目在博士生期间获得额外补助 (10500 DKK CSC grant+ up to 7500 DKK project salary per month)。
