## MSFT Full-stack SWE Intern Opportunity ### Overview Are you a full stack developer who loves creating modern web and desktop experience? Are you looking to make an impact at the intersection of leading technological trends of our time? If yes, Intelligence Platform team are looking for you. We find ourselves at a turning point across every industry. As software is increasingly eating the world, the use of technology by our customers will almost literally be turned upside down – in the reactive past, data flowed “downward” from the applications that powered business processes (“application first”), and at only a drip. In the predictive era, data will flow “upward” and originate, in a torrent, from every corner of the planet (“data first”), toward our customers’ applications, products, and services. As the Intelligence Platform team, we are at the core of this transformation for our customers. We will bring the world’s data to the Microsoft Cloud, power a new class of data first applications, and empower everyone on the planet to make better decisions with data. For this role, we seek passionate engineer to lead the creation of innovative new UX for intelligent analytics and modern workspace, which we believe it is underserved by existing Intelligence Platform offerings. You have a solid grounding in core computer science skills, including algorithm design, data structures, and coding. Languages and development frameworks are tools that you are able to pick up learn as you need them and you can learn new architectures. You welcome new challenges and like to build solutions that customers will actually use. ### Qualifications Basic Qualifications: * BS/MS/PHD student * Experience in core computer science skills, including algorithm design, data structures, and code development * Experience with one of JS/ Type Script/C/C++/C#/Java/python/Scala * Passion on delivering modern high-performance user experience in both browser and desktop Preferred Qualifications: * Love the next problem, the next experiment, the next partner * Have a deep desire to work collaboratively, solve problems with teams across the world, find win/win solutions and celebrate successes * Solve problems by always leading with deep passion and empathy for customers ### Responsibilities As an intern, you have the opportunity to work on the latest technology in Intelligence Platform area and build world class experience for customers: * You will work on full stack and back-end to enable you to deliver experiences. You will work as a full stack engineer with strong expertise. * Work closely with partners in UX & UI design, product manager, program manager and engineers through product feature development life cycle.
