International Conference on Communication Technology (ICCT) is a biennial conference series from 1986 to 2010 and an annual conference series since 2011.
2012 14th International Conference on Communication Technology (ICCT 2012) will be organized by Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications and held on November 9-11, 2012 in Chengdu, China. ICCT 2012 will keep promoting the information exchange communication technology, which aims to promote international academic exchange and international cooperation.
Original papers are invited and submitted papers should not be previously published or currently under review for any other publication. All papers accepted will be included in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library and submitted for indexing by EI Compendex. All Proceedings of the past ICCT have been indexed by EI Compendex successfully.
CONFERENCE HIGHLIGHTS
1.The conference’s theme will be addressed in the keynote speeches, special sessions and workshops, including communication and networking, information security, computer technology and applications, industry panel and so on.

此会北邮曾经在1989年举办过第二届，查了好多资料才找到这个历史。
