未来移动通信系统体系架构和关键技术研究。
撰写专利和标准化技术提案。
任职要求：
通信或电子工程相关专业硕士以上学历。
对现有无线通信体系有深入了解。
有扎实的通信理论。
熟悉LTE/LTE-A空中接口系列标准。
有很强的学习能力和创新能力。
流利的英语口语和书写能力。
积极的工作热情和良好的团队工作能力。
有参与标准化起草工作和专利撰写经验优先。
有3GPP RAN2/3工作经验优先。
Position: Researcher
Job location: Beijing
Responsibility:
Research work on network structure and key technology of future wireless communication system.
Patent/paper writing and standardization related contribution drafting.
Requirements:
MS degree or above in EE.
Deep understanding of wireless communication system.
Master on communication theory.
Familiar with LTE/LTE-A serial air-interface specifications.
Self-learning and capability of innovation.
Fluent spoken English and English writing.
Good work attitude and teamwork spirit.
Experience of patent and/or contribution submission is plus.
Experience of 3GPP RAN2/3 is plus.
