【社招】【Airwallex】DevOps Lead, Productivity（保密高阶岗）上海/北京/澳洲/新加坡/荷兰 The Opportunity: Airwallex is building the next-generation developer tools. If you like solving constraint satisfaction problems for breakfast and running multi-cloud, multi-region scaling problems while also looking at latest technologies to automate away the tedious toil (JIRA, unit tests, CI/CD, etc) then this is the role for you. As the DevOps Lead on a team of six, you will be responsible for developing and delivering on a five-year vision to completely change how software engineers work at Airwallex. You will need to leverage Kubernetes, Docker, Knative, istio, APISIX, postgres, xgboost, pytorch (or tensorflow!), Kotlin, and Gitlab Pipelines to accomplish your mission. As a DevOps Lead you will: - Develop a vision and own the roadmap for developer tooling at Airwallex - Have end to end ownership of major engineering projects within the Developer Productivity team. - Lead a single engineering team to develop next-generation developer tools using a combination of known engineering best practices and (eventually) pushing the performance envelope using tools such as sky computing and machine learning. - Deploy and manage the development test environment, improve existing tools and processes, and continuously improve development efficiency. - Raise the engineering bar through practices such as code reviews, unit testing and integration tests - Nurture talent within your team and provide them with the support to shine. - Develop - Drive consensus and set the standard on usability, performance and reliability in our developer stack. Qualifications: - Experience leading an engineering team from the front - Strong sense of ownership and drive to change the world - Bachelor's degree or above, major in computer and related majors; - Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, action, etc - Have good English reading and writing skills.
