The intern will join our GC Channel Planning Team to develop and implement business and sales strategies. Here, you will learn firsthand how a leading consumer electronics company leverages data and strong reseller partnerships to serve the world’s largest, most dynamic channels in the Greater China market. As an integral part of strategic planning, our analysts tackle new business problems every day to identify and communicate actionable plans that have a real business impact.
Here’s an idea of what we do:
Analyze Apple’s business performance as of diverse electronic products, including but not limited to smartphone, tablet, personal computer, wearables, etc.
Build automated models to provide insights based on regional and RTM (route-to-market business) environments, facilitating data-driven sales decisions.
Participate in digital projects aimed at enhancing Apple's business performance and efficiency across multiple dimensions.
Assist in launching and tracking national pilot programs, such as A/B testing of consumer offerings and creating dashboards for portfolio management.
Experience / Skills Required: ?
Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related fields.
Minimum commitment of 3 days on-site per week for 3 months (preferably 6+).
Fully capable of utilizing data to solve problems and provide insights under different business scenarios.
Familiarity with statistics, business analysis, and data visualization.
Data-driven and quantitative skills are a MUST.
Ability to effectively and efficiently communicate and present complex ideas.
Coding skills required in Python, SQL, R, etc.
