返回信息流投IEEE TVT一审结果是Reconsider, Major Revisions。
个人比较奇怪，一般都是Reject或者 Major Revisions。
这个有“Reconsider”是什么情况啊？
是不是有这个就意味着被拒的可能性很大、编辑/审稿人婉转地说法而已啊？
（两个审稿人，给的意见没有技术性问题或者推导过程bug）
有人遇到类似情况么？
修改完后重提的结果怎么样啊？

The paper analyzes .... The paper is math-heavy and the results are correct to the extent I followed. While technical contribution of the paper looks enough, an intuitive explanation of the result would strengthen the paper. In addition to that, the presentation of the paper needs a large improvement. I have listed my detailed comments below.

另外主编没有给comments，“Based on the reviewers' comments, publication of the paper in its present form is not recommended. 不一定会再加一个审稿人。个人感觉，还是跟AE个人相关。
PS：另有一篇中TVT、本人不是一作，但是看了一下状态，也是经过2轮，一轮大修、一轮小修。
或许，AE们都是喜欢来个2轮的吧
